Limited Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects

At BuyZior, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our fragrance products, all sales are final under normal conditions.

We will only consider exchanges for items with verifiable manufacturing defects (such as damaged bottles, leakage, or incorrect items received).

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Report the defect within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and unopened, with its original packaging, seal, and labels intact.

  • The item must be free of any damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and share details of the defect (with pictures/videos as proof).

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the defective item.

  3. After inspection, we will process an exchange with a replacement product of the same value or issue store credit for future use.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only available within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges for different fragrances, sizes, or variants are not allowed. To purchase a different product, a new order must be placed.

  • Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned or exchanged.
